A few other things to ponder about inside sales:

1. These guys are in-the-money at $1.52 with options.

2. The Stock is played off shore by the likes of The Moose, The Rabbit and others. Guys like these often like to perceive a "Buy" signal as really meaning a "sell" signal and vis versa. We don't know where the sold paper went to: A) The free trading float. B) Some offshore acct. C) Another acct. controlled by their Wife, Neighbor, Bookie, Barber or Mistress.

3. Is the stock being Accumulated offshore? If Snap was a bust/Scam, I'd be Showing a Buy in "B.C. insider" report while I was unloading the paper offshore and Shorting along the way. And possible Vis Versa in this case.

4. Peter brings up an excellent point about the $2 PP list.

People put too much into insider activity. The bottom line is we just don't know. A few days ago, Someone from Canaccord sold over 100K of Paper. Someone from Midland bought over 100K of paper within 500 shares of the Canaccord sell. Avg price of Canaccord sell was the same as Avg. price of Midland's buy! Market transfer maybe?

IMHO, I think that the paper is being cleaned out of Canaccord and put into various accts.
