Bruce, I am assuming that the rest of the terms (material order) which is the condition for the "floorlessness" (another new word into the English language from this English challenged turnip farmer <VBG>) are in as well, and if VLNC cannot produce such a material order by the end of July, the stock is a cooked goose with or without the floorless. I'll try and locate a new S-3 for this new issue to see if some more details are available.
