Why would Amazon.com purchase BAMM? Their business models are entirely different. Amazon.com has a name on the Internet and doesn't want a storefront. On the other hand, BAMM has many stores and is just beginning on the Internet.

The only reason why I could see a buyout is if BAMM has relationships with book publishers (or whatever Barnes and Noble purchased) and Amazon needs it.
