Thankyou for shedding some light for me here. I went to the USPS link you supplied and read through it. Even though ECHO was never mentioned, I must assume they will be the processor of payments made over the internet. The Small Office Home Office is a very large and rapidly growing segment of the business community, glad to see the USPS is targeting that market, especially glad they are using ECHO technology. I am not a "techie" and do not understand all the technological facets of ECHO. What I do know is that they have a solid foundation in the e-commerce industry and if managed properly, with a little luck tossed in for good measure, ECHO could become a very profitable company by riding the e-commerce wave into the new millenium.

I notice you are held in high regard on the Yahoo thread John, now I know why. Thanks again.
