You're on drugs. Clinton's worse than Bush, and I wasn't happy with Bush either on China. Bush sold out the dissident movement because of US business interests. Clinton sells out because of illegal campaign contributions as well. Clinton just usurped the balanced budget from the Republicans in 1994. Now, he's broken it this year by declaring over $ 20 billion in emergency spending, a convenient mechanism to overspend. Everyone knows the President and Congress have little to do with the economy.
