nihil, interesting article, but does not go to the point. yields said Tokyo Mex was giving illegal recommendations. The question has come around to: If one is not* an investment advisor (state- or SEC-regulated), what, if anything, regulates that person's behavior?* What, for example, is the difference between Tokyo Mex and a private citizen expressing an opinion? What, for example, is the difference between Tokyo Mex and an American Express agent suggesting American Express mutual funds? Regards
