I THINK the Preferred shares will be showing up in accounts between Monday and Wed. The Warrants are not subject to the 3 day stock distribution period because they are private, and the Preferred are going to be free trading as soon as the SEC gives us their permission. Everyone is asking the price the Preferred is going to trade at, technically they should trade around 10 times the price of common shares, because they will convert into 10 common shares in the future. Will this happen at the start of trading??? I dont know it depends on the demand, the market makers and some other factors. KAA
