I noted with interest that rudedog said he would not be adding to his DELL position, although he might not sell, either.

In principle, I think it an excellent idea to have an exit point for CPQ and an entrance for DELL purely as a trading strategy. I still think that from present levels, CPQ is a surer bet for a double in the next twelve months than DELL. But a more depressed DELL could give a nice short-term ride espescially if CPQ has reached a temporary apogee, let us say in January, February.
