Here is a letter from VERDAD to management of TRGC posted on BOBZ Forum. But I fail to see by posting it on BOBZ will get TRGC's attention? Does TRGC read these BB's?

Gentlemen,

I have enjoyed the quiet days on and off the internet regarding TRGC drama, but it has now been 54
days since the Oct. 26, 1998 confirmation hearing in Lubbock,TX and the TRGC shareholders have
not heard ONE single OFFICIAL word, comment or piece of information from the NEW
COMPANY. Even the excellent surrogate "reporting" from the mysterious and unknown "High
Plains Drifter" has ceased. I know that in November I urged all shareholders to be patient, but this
has now become ridiculous.

You have an OBLIGATION to the TRGC Shareholders who voted for your reorganization plan to
at least acknowledge them and thank them for their trust in your plan. You should at least inform
them of some of your activities and actions.

I realize that the SEC is looking over your shoulders and is scrutinizing your every move, but that is
no excuse for this silence. Surely you could acknowledge your existence without making any
promises and without violating any SEC rules or edicts. Even your most ardent supporters are
becoming very concerned.

A simple OFFICIAL announcement on Bobz or some other Forum would suffice to give a level of
comfort to the shareholders of record.

Don't let us continue into the Christmas Holidays with this inexcusable torturous silence. All TRGC
shareholders have suffered enough.

I pray that GOD guides you in your efforts.
