Open Text, Netsys Technology In Intranet Pact

GOTHENBURG, Sweden (Dow Jones)--Open Text Corp.
(OTEXF) said Netsys Technology Group, the systems
integration subsidiary of Netcom Systems of Sweden, has
signed a contract to bring Open Text's Livelink intranet
applications suite to customers across Scandinavia.

In a news release, Open Text said that, based upon Netsys
Technology's estimates of its future sales, the agreement
could be worth an estimated $8 million to $10 million in
revenues to Open Text over five years.

It said Netsys Technology becomes the exclusive partner for
Livelink Intranet in Scandinavia, both for corporate intranet
installations and for providing Livelink Intranet services to
small and mid-sized businesses through Netsys' Value-add
Intranet Service Provider offering.

Open Text is a Canadian intranet applications company.

Netcom Systems is a telecommunications provider.
