Would you give us the URL for the posting you are referring to? I did a search and came up with a lot of postings mentioning NAVR [note there are LOTS of postings to this thread, anyway] but not the one you seem to be talking about. From the one I've looked at, it appears to be in and out traders playing for a few points. One guy says he sees 20, but not this year.
