Please be aware that the company didn't have the control that you might believe over the timing of the Business Wire release. It had nothing to do with strategy as much as it had to do with the timing of exchanged faxes, telephone conversations and negotiations and the subsequent telephone tag. And last but not least the Babe Ruth Leagues Christmas party schedule last Thursday.

The people here are the most above-board that you might ever meet in person. Nothing was or is manipulated to create anything but an accurate picture of what is transpiring. Nothing can be released before it's finally agreed upon by all parties. And then it's released with pace.

While we all may speculate as to how many PR's are coming this week or next and so on, the fact is any news that is material to the company must be released almost immediately. And that is what happened with the Babe Ruth PR.

Please understand this in your future analysis of how PR's come to fruition. They are not manufactured and not under the control of the company as one might like to believe.

The other fallacy about MM's should be once again adressed by Joe. These repetitive comments about issues such as these are not appropriate as we watch this company or for that matter an Intel or Dell or Amazon. It's company prospects, marketing plans and good old fashioned execution combined with market forces that will pave the way.
