I am a member of Dunn & Bradstreet research service. The MLRE name is registered to Lifestyles Media Acquisition Group of Bluffton, SC. There is no company listed anywhere with that name anywhere in the state. So, they are just newly formed for this purpose. This is the scary part. The domain name MILLIONAIRE.COM was only registered on Dec. 2, 1998. Apparently then they have had the name for only about two weeks. A two week name and all this publicity...are we certain they meet the requirements for NASDAQ listing? I'm still checking more on the coproration and officers...more this weekend.
