Then William, why does she even make statements at all to the public? I really cannot understand this. I can understand that her proprietary research should be reserved for her paying customers, but why doesn't she just "not say anything" to the public then?

Why give them (the public) recommendations at all? Especially when they are often telling the public to do the exact opposite from what their private clients are being told to do?
