Any recommendation (reading or net-site) for understanding outstanding shares and float? How does one watch a stock minute by minute? On-line trading? Have inherited the decision making for our small stock portfolio and don't have a clue. Broker recommends too many trades and acts as if I should understand what he is talking about. Very condescending. Answer only if you care to and if your time permits. Thanks.
