Gerald, I don't know if BXM is sitting pretty or not. The Indo gov't might be saying to the world, "look we're the good guys, we're only trying to correct the "screwing" that BXM gave to Murukh. We want to commence the development of Busang as quickly as possible, but the lawsuit in Canada is going to delay things. SO WE GIVE YOU 30 DAYS TO SETTLE UP WITH THIS GUY!" In this way they put pressure on BXM without harming their reputation with foreign investors. They're using Muruch. Or are have they been employing him? Just some thoughts. Thomas
