Be careful, even SRV took their bid back when LWN started piling on the debt to fight the takeover. Also, SRV and STEI will not be bidding on the whole company. STEI already announced no current interest in buying LWN this past week. LWN's debt is tremendous. A large payment is due in 1999, and the rumor of an elimination of their dividend is still strong. I advise you to read Ulyssi's comments on the Yahoo LWN board. He/she seems to be right on target lately.
