I am a member of Dunn & Bradstreet research service. The MLRE name is registered to Lifestyles Media Acquisition Group of Bluffton, SC.according to Internec. There is no company listed anywhere with that name anywhere in the state with Dunn & Bradstreet. So, they are just newly formed for this purpose. This is the scary part. The domain name MILLIONAIRE.COM was only registered on Dec. 2, 1998. Apparently then they have had the name for only about two weeks. A two week name and all this publicity...are we certain they meet the requirements for NASDAQ listing? Also, the two people listed for billing and administrative contacts are giving e-mail addresses through AOL. How internet savy is a company that doesn't even have a local ISP and instead goes through AOL. I see these as yellow caution flags. Again, I'm not trying to throw water on this euphoria, however, two week's registration on a domain name is not what I call advance planning and they have not posted their opening of the web site has been moved to February 2. I'm still checking more on the coproration and officers...more this weekend.
