You have repeatedly stated this speculation of yours as fact.

The best you have is that Wired hired an ex-Sim employee. You have no prrof, though, that they had anything whatsoever to do with the series of Wired articles, which were, indeed, written by other individuals.

And you have NOTHING but speculation about the source of other negative publicity.

Indeed, the most damning thing that has been written about the whole affair was written, in effect, by Pat Hayton himself: It's his apalling record of more than 50 court judgements.
