>>Then let us try to agree that High Crimes and Misdemeanors as intended by the Founding Fathers will have a different meaning or threshold depending on ones political viewpoint and affiliation.<< yes, that is a fair statement ;-) art, the irony is that partisanship got clinton impeached and partisanship will keep him in office. it is a double edged sword. intellectually, i think he should go. making a mockery of the justice system is a massive crime, imho. our justice system is what differentiates america from a china, for example. to flip it the bird the way he did is serious, imho. hey, everyone knows he's sorry he got caught, not that he lied. how? he's still lying! he'd still be lying if it weren't for the infamous blue dress. practically, though, i dislike him less than the any other alternative right now so i don't mind if he stays - and he will stay (due to partisanship).
