What I said is what I meant; i.e., individuals attempt to mask their otherwise much more apparent disingenuousness by using histrionics and hyperbole.

"I'll give you the benefit of the doubt on using "You" instead of "Your" to start your sentence."

Yes, lets not confuse a simple typing error with second-grade grammatical errors.
