Not downtown....These are gated developements....definatly Rose Hill is a very nice place to live. Although there are 2 addresses listed in the phone book, 1 is on the main rd in to the plantation. this is the one listed as the office. These are not the nicest houses in the plantation. However the other address is in a much nicer section.

To appreciate the real estate market here one only has to know that if they don't sell a house during a 6 month listing they raise the price, then it sells.
