OK, I'm going to start my DD on this one. I like boring stocks. I'm self-employed and was turned down for a mortgage by the Bank of Nova Scotia a few years ago. Boy was I pissed off. I had to ask my parents for help. I can certainly see the need for a service like Home Capital Group. If I discover anything interesting I'll post it here. Regards, Gofer
