"But Zulu-Tek may not get its way. A group of former executives say they own enough shares of the company to block the sale, and their lawyer says they plan to do just that.

"We've said to [Zulu-Tek] that if they don't cease and desist, we will take appropriate legal action," said John Reichman, an attorney for the New York law firm Wachtel and Masyr. Reichman represents four former Softbank Interactive executives, including the founders, who together own more than 20 percent of Zulu-Tek's stock."

Drifter, I guess you forgot about the above comment. What do you think that's all about? Is this representative of only a mere a quote in a trade journal, and nothing more? Or is such an ex-SIMer attitude reflective of other and perhaps wider reaching implications? Do they sound like happy campers to you? Were they ever happy? Or have they made things difficult from the beginning. Answer me honestly now, Drifter!

PS: I like the way you deliver your negative posts in tandem. Occasionally you team up with Yahoo's Taz, and now you're dovetailing Jon Tara. Talk about a "yesbird!" You're nutin' but a copycat!
