Once again the quarterly report contains an interesting statement which should make stockholders say "Hmmmmmm". Why close a research lab at one location, imply that the research is complete, then rationalize increased quarterly expenses by opening another research lab and hiring more research personnel? Hmmmm. Perhaps some of you might ask whoever's in charge who is doing the research, and what are their qualifications?
