Dragon is the choice?

I don not know anything about specific VR software.

Voice Recognition reminds me of the early stages of OCR (optical character recognition) software. When it first came out it was nifty but one spent more time correcting the errors than typing from scratch.

I recently talked to a computer to activate a charge card. The machine understood the sixteen digit account number with no problem. Then the machine tried to sell me protection for lost or stolen cards..a rather long pitch. Then I got an option to push or say two if I did not want the option. I was slightly annoyed so I said TWO...it did not understand so I had to wait while it repeated its message.

I don't think your task is an easy one at the moment. As noted you will need a fast machine. You will also have to research the software that will be used in conjunction with the VR. It will also take some computer experience to use the setup. The machine will not be a hands free user friendly setup IMO.
