That is your second biggest flaw on this thread, aside from stating your opinions as facts.

You repeatedly speak for others, whom you have no right nor basis to speak for.

I doubt that ex-SIMers are in any way involved in any negative publicity. It doesn't make sense that they would. Why would they try to destroy a business that they still have a stake in?

They apparently ARE trying to block the merger, I would imagine because they feel that it is not in their interest as shareholders.

Indeed, the merger now adds nothing to Zulu. In fact, all it does is drag them down from the OTCBB into the pink sheets. This is a step forward?

I think that the negative publicity stems solely from some good journalistic noses, and some pretty smelly source material.
