Speaking of local exchange carriers, keep an eye on Covad Communications. Re co-locating, AOL's battle is an interesting one. As for the Telecom Act rules, there are rumblings from Sen. McCain and others along the lines of amending the statute to make it simpler for the RBOCs to join the LD fray. DCI will be long gone before that one's resolved. ggg. Ken
