Lamar, Your friend is still having difficulty believing that the CEO of RDOX has been dumping shares. Would you have your friend to explain to me why on the SEC filing that was made on 5/13/97 indicated he owned 16,924,317 shares of stock in RDOX but with their latest annual filing he shows he now owns ONLY 14,904,524 shares. What happened to more than 2 million shares.......I know ......he gave them away. Why would he want to sell such a valuable asset? He is just looking out for the shareholders. I'm highly amused and my feelings are hurt, when your friend writes....."This guy is an idiot".
