BTW, for those interested, I have sent a E-mail to the SEC regarding MKII's trading last Monday, and enclosed the following 2 posts, along with the day's trading record as exhibits a, b, and c- exchange2000.com and 1 hour later: exchange2000.com It will not help MKII, but if some action is taken against the MM in question, it may prevent future abuses... because the BLATANT illegal naked shorting incident cost me and the boys some money too...
