W - MLRE is one "hot" stock right now. In the short run, this stock may pop much higher - but, please keep in mind that magazines like the Robb Report (the past founder is the current impetus behind MLRE) have relatively small circulations and cater to a tiny percentage of the overall population.

Buying this stock right now is a pure internet play based solely on the President's past success with the Robb Report. How managements' experience in the magazine business will translate into expensive e-commerce sales, is a story yet to be told.

Sharper Image had to abandon it's strategy of catering to the affluent executive market and go family-main-stream in order to survive the 90's. This is not a good omen for MLRE.

Please understand that the stock could zoom to $100 per share in the next week, but, I'd like to see Tiffany's and Neiman Marcus' next quarterly report stating their e-commerce revenues before getting too excited about MLRE.

Lest we not forget the ol' saying, "if you try to sell to the people who ride the subways, you'll ride in a Rolls Royce; if you try to sell to the people who ride in a Rolls Royce - YOU ride the subway.

Only time will tell.....thanks for chiming in....
