Bill--<<Interesting to note that TRBO has not had significant interest from the restaurant industry>>
I have been looking over TRBO's description of their products and they sound like they are making microwaves with hot air blowers attached. Something on the order of a mating of an air popcorn popper and a microwave. I am not saying that is precisely what they are doing but it sounds very similar in concept.
The price they want is very high for a home oven and I can't imagine them moving anything like the postulated number of units they are claiming. I think they would run into a lot of resistance if the price were the same as microwave ovens. The new technology means the first thing people think is not this is quicker and easier but it is very complicated and I will ruin a lot of food.
All the Best
