Think that the poll you cited proves the point. If a scientific poll can accurately tell what the people really want it is possible that Congress should be reformed. How much do we spend on maintaining this antiquated system when it is probably certain that a simple, less costly poll could provide greater representation in a more democratic manner than the present bicameral system. If the people did not want President Clinton impeached how did they allow the country to blunder into such a thing?
