DD,this country is about letting Larry Flynt be Larry Fylnt whether we like or despise him----Larry Flynt has lived a life of pain and paralysis because someone thought it was his given right to shoot him. The man who directed the movie about Larry Flynt,Milos Forman,said that when he was first offered the script,he refused it,as he wasn't a person that liked pornagraphy,and he found the subject matter distasteful---but then he thought about where he came from,which was Czechslovakia--and how fascism first started by taking on "popular" causes--sexual morality persecution--and that is,he thought,this is how fanatic repressive groups get their foot in the door--by working people up over sexual issues--and then more and more--and then you lose,lose it all--freedom that is---Max90
