At one time General Secord of IRANGATE fame was involved with COII.I recall a news release from the company reporting an expected contract from the Chinese Government worth $5 Billion.Yes I said billion. I called the Company about this news and was told that a consortium of banks were going to finance this deal and that this arrangement was in final stages of being set up. What ever happened? Ias Secord still involved??
