to practice as an investment advisor without the proper licenses is a violation of law Hey, "Pruguy", it just occurred to me, do you make a living peddling for Prudential Insurance? If so, I wouldn't run around these boards posting "flames" of other peoples investment opinions, and sending them "ad hominen" E mail. Prudential started off selling high cost "Industrial" whole life insurance to poor people, then graduated in the 80's to ripping off people with real estate schemes. After almost going under paying back the people they defrauded, they now peddle high cost term and whole life insurance and mediocre Mutual Funds.
