ROD======Here is the slant I put on this whole situation. Jurick has not yet agreed to the deal, but the creditors who pondered the the situation decided to accept the deal,because at this point they stood a good chance of getting nothing for a long time. I further think that at the price offered by Oaktree,someone else will probably throw in a bid somewhere along the way. All we have to do at this point is sit back and watch,and wait for an opportune time. =====TR=====
