The Senate procedure is a trial with the Chief Justice presiding the the Senators sitting as jurors. Clinton will be allowed to resent a defense and to cross examine witesses. Sounds like due process to me. Besides, its in the Constitution. I've got a lot of respect for the wisdom of the founding fathers. JLA
