btb, in and of itself, is meaningless. you have to dissect the book and the bill numbers and compare them to last year. a book to bill of 100 could be horrible. $100 booked and $1 billed. let's get a little deeper here. is it true that with this "good" book to bill ratio that orders are still down 30-40% compared to last year?
