Don't know how much impact this has, but if you do an SI search, you will find several threads that specialize in TA have started looking at SCIO due to 13 day MA breakout and high volume indicators. I have found with other stocks that when the traders start mentioning, the stock can pop for awhile. But, we'll need something more concrete (eg FDA news) to keep it going.
