His opinion is that White House is the one conducting the witchhunt. George Stepanopolous also has stated about the scorched-crotch strategy several times since January. What these bozos don't get is -- why the &*^% would anybody be shocked if it was indeed a WH-sponsored strategy? I (and I am sure, a lot of people) don't give a damn one way or the other, as to whether or not it was a scorched-earth strategy. If you are being attacked relentlessly, you defend yourself by all means possible. One ought to be stupid not to do that. And one ought to be stupider not to realize that!
