Each division has been audited, per John Schmitz.

Then he has no excuse for hiding this info unless there are problems he doesn't want others to know. If it is a strong balance sheet, most real companies like to trumpet that fact. To show what a strong merger partner they are.

This isn't prudence. It is evasion. And you know it.

Or is it that there are still some fundamental problems with the reverse merger, and possibly the real fact is that they just can't.
