Clearly, BBY is not too serious about selling the iMac. If they were, their sales staff would have a better understanding of this product and be in a position to sell it based on its user friendly features and price point, compared to the Win Boxes. Leaves one with the impression that BBY just wanted to add AAPL to their impressive list of name brand products. Too bad, if they would take the time to learn about this product, they could sell truckloads of them.

I bought my iMac about 30 days ago through MacWarehouse and am most impressed with its speed. Fastest Mac I've owned (this is my 8th Mac upgrade since 1984) and the least expensive one. For desktop publishing, word processing, spreadsheets, games and internet access, it's the cats meow. Not to mention the cool box it's packaged in! This past week I helped one of my employees set up his home computer (Gateway 333mhz INTC processor) and it took us 2 hours to get to the point where we could actually do something on it. Compare that experience to the 10 minutes it took to set up my iMac. Reason enough for someone to seriously consider an iMac vs. Win Box!

AAPL will continue to demonstrate its innovation in box design and ease of functionality, and hopefully capture a larger slice of the PC market in the process. BBY selling experience (or lack of) not withstanding, AAPL should report impressive unit sales in the current quarter and the Yosemite will boost sales in the next quarter.

JMHO as a long term Mac loyalist.

Regards,

Jack
