NASDAQ777,

I don't think Livingston resigned from the House. His resignation is just from his position of Speaker. Perhaps Clinton, too should follow suit, and resign as Speaker of the House.

Charlie Rangel (Dem, NY) made a very interesting comment. He opined that the real offense that Clinton is guilty of is his embrace of political minorities -- blacks, Hispanics, homosexuals, and women. He pointed to the composition of the judiciary committee, where only one woman an no racial minorities sat as a representatives of the Republicans, while the Democratic side was filled with women, blacks and one openly homosexaul member. In stark contrast, Representative Nye (Rep., Ohio) spoke of this as a Christian country. Apparently, he is willing to write-off the myriad religions of which this country is composed.

This is beginning to sound like America's version of China's Cultural Revolution. Stamp out anything that doesn't look like white bread.

Meanwhile, the Republican's approval rating as sunk to a fouteen year low, while Clinton's job approval rating has soared to 74%, which is the highest rating I can recall of any Presdident. It sounds like respect and disrespect are being earned right now.
