I've followed this company (shell), for a year or so. IMO there is nothing attractive about FNYI. I base this on current financials, shares outstanding and the company's past history. Any acquistion would, IMO, substantially dilute current shares holders and , most likely, include a reverse split of some magnitude (like 1:100 or so). Their are alot of good clean shells out there that I'd rather sell my company to. People who buy at current levels are going to get burned! No doubt about it.
