CIC:

Interesting. I stopped following CIC in September when it
failed to bounce. This is the first time since April, '98
that CIC has closed above its 40-day EMA. Looks like it could
spend some time between 10.00 and 12.00, but if this thing
can break 12.00 with some steam it has a good chance at 20.00.
