Unfortunately, I bought 3000 shares of ISLI at 15 well before the merger announcement. I was planning to dump it at 20 which I perceived to be fair value. It never did reach 20 after the merger announcement. The high on the day of the announcement was 18 1/4 if I remember correctly. In 1997, I made over $10,000 on ISLI. Right now I am staring at a paper loss of over $30,000 and an opportunity loss since the merger was announced of over $50,000. I do believe putting Gary in charge is a step in the right direction; however, it will take at least 3 quarters of improving earnings and sales before we see any substantial increase in share price baring a takeover. I do believe something will come out of the class action lawsuit and hope to see both investment bankers in court. In it for the long haul unless fundamentals change.
