"Yesterday's coup d'etat of the people's will and public opinion which took place in the House of Representatives"

What a bunch of hogwash and hyperbole.

"coup d'é·tat (d³-tä“) n., pl. coups d'état or coup d'états (d³-tä“). The sudden overthrow of a government by a usually small group of persons in or previously in positions of authority."

The gov't is still intact, so no coup d'etat was accomplished. Even if Clinton were to be run out of office as he so richly deserves, the Demopublicans will still hold the Presidency. Oh, and by the way, the people elected the representitive, so the will of the people has been done.
