More on CHIF R/S: I withdraw my previous comment that Tilton told investors "No R/S" for CHIF. My recollection of the post I was looking for was off somewhat. Actually the source was the following email I received from a penny stock letter called Turn Around Picks (T.A.P.): "From posts on SI, T.A.P. has learned that CHIF is executing a 100/1 reverse split. T.A.P. is very surprised to hear this as it was not revealed to us from CEO Mr. Tilton , but we should have the facts Monday and will pass them on to you when we do. I dont see this as being of much concern as only 23,000 shares traded on CHIF since Thursday when T.A.P. posted it on website. Hopefully there is a good reason for this reverse such as a merger to a Nasdaq company or something but can only speculate for now !"
