hoffy - A guy on Yahoo disseminated all of this info more than a month ago so I don't think it was known by a select few. He had talked to the CEO, Wilcox, and Wilcox told him that the arrangement with the big pharma was all but done. Once December 12 past and CNSI was not delisted, I thought it was pretty clear that the deal had been consumated. The fellow on Yahoo, YUKONHUSKIE said about two months ago that Wilcox told him this deal would give CNSI an upfront payment of $1.5 MM and further milestone payments if things went well.
